AFC title: Ravens have ‘bigger game plan’ in AFC title
The Baltimore Ravens have a “bigger, better game plan” than the Denver Broncos, according to a report by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Schefter says the Ravens have plans for a game on Jan. 6 in Atlanta, the first of the season.
It’s the third consecutive year the Ravens will host the NFC South divisional game in Atlanta and third straight year the team will be in the NFC Championship Game, which will take place on Jan 9.
The Ravens have played in only two games this season and have lost both.
In Week 4, the Ravens lost to the Cincinnati Bengals 31-23.
The Ravens also are looking for a win in Week 5 to clinch the divisional spot.
ESPN’s Adam Caplan said on Sunday that the Ravens are planning to have a media availability on Jan 6.
“We’re trying to figure out how to get this game ready,” Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco said on “Sunday Night Football.”
“We’ve got a bigger game plan for this game.
I think we have to figure it out and figure out a way to win this game, and we’re going to be ready for that.”
The Ravens are 1-1 on the season, though their playoff hopes are still alive.
Baltimore won the NFC North, but it was the division-rival Seattle Seahawks who beat them in the wild-card round of the playoffs.
